Six individuals will be honored next week as Commercial Real Estate Development Association and Prologis annual Inclusion in CRE Scholarship for Students to support individuals pursuing a degree in commercial real estate.

The Commercial Real Estate Development Association (CREDA) and Prologis are awarding four $5,000 graduate student scholarships and two $2,500 undergraduate student scholarships to individuals from demographics that are traditionally underrepresented in commercial real estate and whose universities are part of the association’s University Membership program.

In addition to the scholarship, each scholarship recipient will have the opportunity to make new professional connections and sharpen their commercial real estate acumen with complimentary registration to attend CREDA Conference, Oct. 5-7, in Denver.

“We are pleased to recognize this year’s scholarship recipients and the talent, drive and promise they bring to the commercial real estate industry,” said Marc Selvitelli, CAE, CREDA president and CEO. “Supporting students from traditionally underrepresented backgrounds helps open doors to new voices and perspectives while strengthening the future of our industry. We look forward to seeing all that these students will accomplish.”

The 2026 recipients of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association and Prologis Inclusion in CRE Scholarship for Students are:

Graduate Students

• Francisco Castaneda, a graduate student at UCLA and a member of CREDA SoCal.
• Micaela Feltl, a graduate student at the University of Utah and a member of CREDA Utah.
• Olivia Okwudili, a graduate student at the University of Buffalo and a member of CREDA Upstate New York.
• Isabella Tangherlini, a graduate student at UC Berkeley and a member of CREDA San Francisco Bay Area.

Undergraduate Students

• Vince Garcia, an undergraduate student at San Diego State University and a member of CREDA San Diego.
• Zach Talerico, an undergraduate student at Arizona State University and a member of CREDA Arizona.
