Commercial Real Estate Development Association (CREDA) represents diverse members and leaders and serves as an inclusive marketplace that enables connections and equitable access to business development, investment, and employment opportunities for everyone. We support members and chapters in their DEI journeys by providing a hub for dialogue, learning, knowledge, and institutional partners.

- Invest capital resources to do DEI work, including establishing standing committee.
Listen and learn to understand diversity of experiences and perspectives.

Act with intention to create inclusive programs and opportunities for equitable access for diverse talent.
