I.CON Central

Attend I.CON Central last year? Welcome back! You can expect the same top-tier industrial content at this year’s CREDA Conference.

I.CON is powering the Industrial track, with sessions that explore:

  • Where capital is flowing across the industrial sector and how developers, investors and lenders are positioning themselves for the next 12-24 months.
  • How reshoring and nearshoring are influencing logistics strategy, distribution center site selection, and facility design.
  • Evaluating power risk during underwriting, navigating long lead times for infrastructure upgrades, and positioning projects for the next generation of users.
  • Recent legislation and how it influences site selection, capital flows and project economics across logistics, manufacturing and data center markets.
  • Why IOS is attracting growing investor interest, how operators are scaling portfolios, and the growing convergence between IOS, small-bay industrial and logistics infrastructure.
  • Strategies to future-proof industrial portfolios amid growing sustainability expectations and carbon reduction goals, and much more.

To view sessions in the Industrial track, view the detailed agenda and check the box next to “Industrial” in the left sidebar.

Your ticket grants you access to all sessions, so you can stay industrial-focused or branch out to any content that interests you.
