James M. "Marty" Irving is the CEO of Irving Interests in McLean, Virginia. Mr. Irving joined CREDA in 1983 and was chairman of the CREDA’s National Board of Directors in 2000. He has served as a past president of CREDA's Northern Virginia Chapter, was a CREDA-PAC Trustee, and is a Founding Trustee of the CREDA Research Foundation.
