The Commercial Real Estate Development Association Selects Five Outstanding Young Professionals for 2026 Developing Leaders Award

The Commercial Real Estate Development Association (CREDA) has selected five professionals to receive its prestigious 2026 Developing Leaders Award, which honors exceptional professionals under the age of 35 for their outstanding professional accomplishments, strong leadership and significant community involvement. The winners will be recognized during the CREDA Conference, Oct. 5-7 in Denver. 

“These award recipients represent the talent, leadership and vision shaping the future of commercial real estate,” said Marc Selvitelli, CAE, president and CEO of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, formerly NAIOP. “Their accomplishments demonstrate professional excellence and a commitment to strengthening both our industry and the communities we serve. We are honored to recognize this outstanding group and congratulate them on this well-deserved achievement."
