The Commercial Real Estate Development Association (CREDA) recognized five outstanding rising professionals with its 2026 Developing Leaders Award during the CREDA Conference in Denver. The award honors professionals under the age of 35 for their professional accomplishments, leadership and community involvement.
The 2026 Developing Leaders Award recipients are:
CREDA Chair Celeste Tanner joined CREDA staff on stage to present the awards to the recipients.
“For more than 20 years, CREDA has made a commitment to engaging the next generation of leaders through programs, leadership opportunities and this award,” said Marc Selvitelli, CAE, president and CEO, Commercial Real Estate Development Association. “It is amazing to see how the Developing Leaders program has transformed our membership and helped cultivate professionals who are making an impact in commercial real estate and their communities.”
Established in 2006, the Developing Leaders Award recognizes rising professionals from across CREDA’s chapter network and all sectors of commercial real estate. Applicants are evaluated on leadership, professional competency, career goals, education, association participation and community involvement.
“Each year, we are impressed by the accomplishments and leadership of the professionals who apply for this award,” said Selvitelli. “The 2026 recipients represent the talent and commitment that will help shape the future of our industry.”
The Developing Leaders program provides opportunities for emerging professionals to build their careers, expand their networks and take on leadership roles within CREDA. Over the past two decades, thousands of professionals have participated in Developing Leaders programs across CREDA’s chapter network, building relationships and developing the skills needed to become the industry's next generation of leaders.
