CREDA Recognizes Exceptional Chapters and Individuals at Annual Chapter Merit Awards

February 06, 2026 | Washington, D.C.

CREDA honored five chapters and nine individuals during the association’s Chapter Leadership & Legislative Retreat, held this week in Washington, D.C.

Membership and legislative awards recognize the exemplary efforts of chapters in these categories. Other awards presented are part of the association's annual Chapter Merit Awards (CMAs) that honor individual winners in three categories, as well as an overarching “Chapter of the Year” designation. CMA recipients are selected by a committee of their peers comprised of volunteer judges.

Congratulations to this year’s award winners!

Now, their governor has made sustainable energy generation, transmission and storage a priority for 2026.
