The Commercial Real Estate Development Association, CREDA, has named Brian Costanzo, CAE, as vice president for membership and chapter relations.
In this role, he will spearhead the development of membership growth strategies, collaborate with the association’s 55 chapters, and oversee customer service to the association’s 21,000 members across North America.
“Brian is a thoughtful and highly collaborative leader who brings a genuine passion for building strong member communities,” said Marc Selvitelli, CAE, president and CEO of CREDA. “His ability to inspire teams, foster trust and lead with authenticity will be invaluable as we continue strengthening our chapter network and delivering value to members across North America.”
Costanzo brings a strong and diverse background in association and organizational leadership, previously having served as head of community and operations at EOS Worldwide; chief executive officer of SOCAP International; and in senior leadership roles at Entrepreneurs’ Organization, where he supported sustained membership growth and revenue expansion.
