“Prologis agrees that inclusively nurturing future leadership in CRE is essential for our industry” said Kim Snyder, executive director at Prologis and past CREDA Chair. “Since 2018, Prologis and CREDA have partnered on the Young Professional Scholarship, recognizing 123 scholarship recipients, and since inception, has brought 246 Prologis employees to I.CON conferences to serve as mentors.”

As part of the program, each of the recipients will have the opportunity to earn the CREDA Certificate of Advanced Study in Commercial Real Estate Development, delivered through courses in CREDA’s The Center for Education, at no cost. This comprehensive program is built on core competencies critical to success in the development industry. Scholarship recipients will be recognized at either I.CON West, March 3-4, 2026, in Los Angeles, or I.CON East, May 20-21, 2026, in Jersey City, New Jersey, where they will connect with industry mentors and hear insights from industrial real estate leaders from across North America.
