Drew Distler is a senior manager, market development and strategy for Nuveen Green Capital (NGC). He is responsible for increasing awareness of C-PACE and fostering relationships in the commercial real estate industry, contributing to deal flow generation across the Midwest and Mountain West regions. Distler has over eight years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining NGC in April 2024, he served as a senior analyst at Aegon Asset Management where he contributed to both construction-to-permanent as well as permanent loan originations.
