Tony Ewing is the regional senior vice president for Dalfen Industrial’s Northeast region, overseeing New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Washington, D.C. He is responsible for acquisitions, development and capital deployment strategies, and oversees the operational aspects in this region. Prior to joining Dalfen, Ewing was a regional investment officer with EQT Real Estate, where he was responsible for overseeing transactions throughout the mid-Atlantic U.S. and managing a 6-million-square-foot industrial portfolio. Prior to EQT, he held key roles at Liberty Property Trust (NYSE: LPT), including vice president of leasing and development. Ewing received his MBA in Real Estate from The Wharton School.
