Steven Majich is a managing director and head of US development at BentallGreenOak. In this role, he leads BGO’s development team and directs the oversight both joint venture and self-managed real estate development activity for a variety of asset types. Majich also directs the technical due diligence process in support of new acquisition transactions and is involved with capital project planning and development for existing assets.
