Steve Neiger, CCIM, is a principal and managing broker of CAST’s Las Vegas office with over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in retail brokerage, development, investment sales, and mixed-use projects throughout Southern Nevada. Over the past five years, he and his team have completed hundreds of millions of dollars in leasing and sales transactions while helping introduce new retail and restaurant concepts to Las Vegas and leading major redevelopment efforts across the region, including the exciting adaptive re-use project The Cliff at Green Valley Ranch (www.TheCliffGVR.com). Neiger currently serves as the 2026 president of CREDA Southern Nevada and has been named the chapter’s Retail Broker of the Year seven times, most recently in 2026. A lifelong Las Vegas resident and a graduate of UNLV’s Lee Business School, he was also recognized as NAIOP’s 2023 North American Volunteer of the Year for his government affairs work in Southern Nevada.
