Sarah Maginnis has served as executive director of NAIOP Greater Philadelphia since 2018, leading the organization’s strategy and industry engagement. Under her leadership, the chapter has expanded its programming with new events, speaker series and fundraising initiatives. She is widely recognized for advancing impact in commercial real estate through efforts like the NAIOP-Drexel Summer Program, internships and impact-focused events. Maginnis also plays an active role in advocacy, including co-founding the Philadelphia Real Estate Alliance and testifying before legislative bodies. Her work has earned numerous honors, including Executive Director of the Year (2025) and Philadelphia Business Journal’s Most Admired CEO, following earlier roles at Liberty Property Trust.
