Ronnie E. Duncan is President, The Duncan Companies, Inc. and is based in Tampa, Florida. Mr. Duncan served a number of years as CREDA’s Vice President of Government Affairs and constructed what is today the broad active Government Affairs platform integrated at the federal and local government levels. He has been a CREDA-PAC Trustee. In addition to building a successful independent real estate company, The Duncan Companies, Inc., Mr. Duncan has served the industry by being elected and serving as County Commissioner, Pinellas County Florida. He is past president of CREDA's South Florida Chapter. Mr. Duncan is a Founding Trustee of the CREDA Research Foundation.
