Robert Filley is a senior managing director with Institutional Property Advisors, a division of Marcus & Millichap. Filley has more than 20 years of investment sales experience and has been involved in approximately $4 billion in transaction volume.
With extensive experience in site sales, Filley and his team assist property owners in evaluating and positioning assets relative to the evolving national data center market.
