Rick Tollakson is a member of the Hubbell Realty Board of Directors and former president and CEO. During his tenure, Rick was responsible for the strategic operations for the firm and its multiple subsidiaries including land and building development, commercial asset and property management, Hubbell Apartment Living, CBRE/Hubbell Commercial, Hubbell Homes and Hubbell Construction Services. Rick has been a member of NAIOP since 2002 and is on the Entrepreneurial Investment & Development National Forum.
