Nadine Ezzie is the founder of ezzie + co., a strategic advisory firm that helps organizations adopt and govern AI responsibly, keeping the people it serves at the center. A practicing attorney and innovation strategist with 20 years of experience across law, technology, and commercial real estate, she advises enterprise leaders on the governance frameworks, policies, and organizational redesign that AI adoption demands, so technology strengthens human judgment rather than sidelining it.

Her work began in the built world - from general counsel for a national developer to the head of customer success at a leading proptech company - and now extends across legal departments, institutions, and the broader systems shaping how AI is governed. She has seen both sides of every table she negotiates at, and understands firsthand where the systems these organizations were built on no longer serve them.

A national keynote speaker and thought leader for major real estate, innovation, and AI forums, Nadine is also an advocate for sound AI policy and a future in which technology answers to the people it affects. She co-founded CRE AI Studio, a platform for hands-on AI adoption in commercial real estate, and publishes the Built on People newsletter, exploring the intersection of AI, the built world, and human experience.
