Nabil Hitti is vice president, asset development at National Grid Ventures (“NGV”), a commercial division of National Grid. He is responsible for all aspects of transmission planning, projects development, permitting, sitting, engineering, project contracts, implementation and risk management.
Hitti has over 37 years of utility and energy industry experience across the U.S. and U.K. with general management and leadership roles in electric transmission, regulated and competitive transmission, onshore and offshore developments with oversight for major capital projects, control center operations, NERC compliance and RTO/ISO markets.
