Michael Tait is a Leasing Representative at St. John Properties, one of the largest privately-held commercial real estate developers in the nation. He manages marketing, leasing, and lease renewal activities for nearly 3 million square feet of office and flex/R&D space at business communities across Central Maryland. Michael has more than 15 years of diversified business and commercial real estate experience, having previously served as Leasing Manager at The Howard Hughes Corporation.

He serves on CREDA’s National Board of Directions along with the Executive Committee as the Developing Leaders Representative. He also serves on the CREDA Maryland Chapter Board of Directors, where he is also the Developing Leaders Committee Chair. Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Rhode Island, and was the recipient of CREDA’s 2025 Developing Leader of the Year Award.
