Michael Griffin, CFA is a director on Evercore’s REIT Equity Research Team covering the industrial, cold storage, retail and self-storage REITs. Previously, he was a senior analyst on Citi’s Real Estate & Lodging Equity Research Team where he covered the office, healthcare, residential and net-lease REITs as well as the commercial real estate services firms during his tenure. Prior to Citi, he worked as a credit research analyst at Bank Hapoalim on their Senior Housing and Healthcare Finance team.el received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Banking & Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Arabic Language & Literature from the University of Georgia. Michael is a CFA Charterholder. A native of Atlanta, GA, Michael is a passionate fan of the Atlanta Braves, Atlanta Falcons, and Georgia Bulldogs. Michael lives in New Jersey with his wife and two daughters. Michael also goes by the nickname “Griff”.
