As Managing Director – Head of Development, Michael Bennett oversees conceptualization, development and construction activities for current and future projects at Kadima Industrial Partners. He is responsible for advancing the company’s thought leadership on next generation urban infill and creative logistics properties. Bennett designed, managed and advised on over 200 million square feet of logistics and advanced manufacturing space in North America with a focus on the Northeast region. Bennett is a member of NAIOP’s Real Estate Development IV Forum, a collaborator in the October 2020 NAIOP Research Foundation’s “The Evolution of the Warehouse,” was a former principal with Ware Malcomb, and has been a panelist at previous NAIOP events. In 2019 he was named an Industrial Influencer by GlobeSt Real Estate Forum.
