Matt Boras is managing director and head of RXR Arden Digital Ventures (RADV), a venture capital firm investing in real estate and construction technology. Before joining RXR, Boras spent twelve years as an investor at Colony Capital, NorthStar Asset Management Group, and Five Mile Capital Partners. He received an AB in International Relations from Brown University and is a Kauffman Fellow.
