Mamadou Baldé is a senior managing director and the market leader for CBRE Greater Philadelphia. In this role, he oversees all business operations for all Greater Philadelphia Advisory Service lines of business, including leasing, sales, valuations, and debt and structured finance. His leadership spans six offices, including Philadelphia Downtown, Philadelphia Suburban, Allentown, Harrisburg, Mt. Laurel, and Wilmington, covering Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.
