Lauren Black serves as vice president for TCC’s Northeast office. In this role, she is responsible for all aspects of the industrial development process including site planning, market and feasibility analysis, financial modeling and underwriting, due diligence, design and value engineering, and leasing and disposition. She has applied her expertise to a number of significant projects in the Lehigh Valley, including the buildout at LVIP (Steel City Project), the Lehigh Valley Trade Center II and III, and the Lehigh Valley Exchange, which is currently in development.
