Keith Funston has been with Cabot for 7 years where he is responsible for sourcing and closing industrial property investments for the East region. Before joining Cabot, he cofounded Tunbridge Partners, an investment company partnership with Hodes Weill & Associates, focused on acquiring GP stakes in real estate investment management companies. Before that, he was a principal with Hodes Weill & Associates representing real estate investment managers on M&A, capital raising and strategic advisory assignments. Before Hodes Weill, Funston focused on acquisitions, asset management and leasing at Shore Assets and Grubb & Ellis in New York. He earned an MS in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
