KC Williams has more than 20 years of experience in the design/build industry, specializing in the planning, design and construction of cold storage, food distribution, industrial and manufacturing facilities. As Chief Operating Officer at Griffco Design/Build, Williams oversees all operations from preconstruction through project completion, leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring successful project execution nationwide. Throughout his career, he has overseen the delivery of more than 5 million square feet of industrial and commercial construction, including complex temperature-controlled environments for many of the country's leading cold chain operators and food manufacturers. Prior to joining Griffco, Williams served as a pilot and naval officer in the United States Navy, where he developed the leadership, discipline and operational mindset that continue to shape Griffco's people-first culture and commitment to excellence.
