Kate Nolan Bryden is a senior vice president of development at Prime Data Centers. She has nearly 20 years of experience in industrial real estate development having managed over eight million square feet of ground-up development in Maryland, Virginia and Pennsylvania. Prior to joining MRP Industrial in 2017, Bryden served as principal of AMK Partners, development manager at Ryan Development, and project engineer for The Whiting-Tuner Contracting Company.

She serves on CREDA’s National Board of Directors and the CREDA Maryland Chapter Board of Directors in addition to several philanthropic boards. Bryden holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University and a MS in Real Estate from the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School.
