Justin Horowitz is a senior managing director at Cooper-Horowitz, a family-owned capital markets advisory firm, where he leads the Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) platform that he formed at the company. Horowitz has placed over $3.5 billion of IOS debt across 32 states since starting the IOS platform in 2021. Prior to Cooper-Horowitz, he worked at Savills Studley on the New York investment sales team; before that, Horowitz worked at Brickman, where he focused on the management and leasing of their New York office portfolio.
