Josh Neill is president and Chief Investment Officer of Outpost, a transport infrastructure platform building the backbone of modern logistics through a nationwide network of truck terminals, drop yards and technology-enabled operations. Outpost is aggressively expanding its real estate footprint while developing a gate automation platform that serves shippers, fleets and 3PLs.

At Outpost, Neill leads investments, capital deployment, development and asset management. He brings more than 16 years of experience overseeing over $3 billion of U.S. real estate and infrastructure investments. Prior to joining Outpost, he co-founded a real estate development platform and led major industrial and infrastructure projects, including Amazon’s first last-mile distribution facility and Denver Union Station.
