Joe Dunne is a vice president at Stockbridge and leads the firm's Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) acquisition efforts nationally. He oversees the sourcing, underwriting and execution of IOS investments across the United States and has responsibility for building and expanding one of the largest institutional IOS portfolios in the market. In addition to leading the IOS strategy, Dunne oversees acquisition efforts across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and Mid-Atlantic regions for all commercial real estate asset types.
