Associate Professor Dr. Jesse Saginor is the director of the University of Maryland’s Colvin Institute of Real Estate Development. His work bridges affordable housing, economics, real estate education, market analysis, planning, policy, and proptech. Widely published in real estate journals, he brings a multidisciplinary lens to his research and teaching. Dr. Saginor serves on editorial boards of the Journal of Real Estate Literature and the Journal of Sustainable Real Estate.
