As Chief Executive Officer for Active Infrastructure, Jeff Zygler oversees the company’s operations and execution of Active Infrastructure’s projects throughout North America. He brings nearly 20 years of institutional real estate experience, during which he has led the development and acquisition of projects in 11 states exceeding $$4 billion in value, including over 13 million square feet of build-to-suit transactions and over 1 GW of powered land. Prior to founding Active Infrastructure in 2022, Zygler was a partner at Dermody Properties where he ran the company's National Accounts Group and served as the vice president of development for KTR Capital Partners until its sale to Prologis in 2015.
