Jeff Jenkins serves as vice president, acquisitions at WareSpace. He leads the firm's national real estate investment strategy for their growing small warehousing platform. Since WareSpace's founding in 2021, Jenkins has scaled the platform across 14 markets and deployed over $500 million in asset value across infill industrial, flex, retail and office properties. Prior to WareSpace, he served in asset management at Prologis, collaborating with a team managing and leasing over 30 million square feet of industrial space.
