Jason Sturman has 29 years of experience in industrial real estate and capital markets. He started his career at Duke Realty, now Prologis (NYSE: PLD), moving his way up to roles including senior vice president of acquisitions and regional senior vice president of their west region. After Duke, Sturman spent four years with Milhaus before joining Ambrose in 2019. Since then, he has led Ambrose through geographic expansion, the launch of its discretionary fund series that has raised more than $$2 billion in capital and the development and acquisition of more than $$3.6 billion in assets. Sturman is a founding member of CREDA’s Industrial Acquisitions Forum I. He earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, holds a BS from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, and a BAS from Penn’s School of Engineering and Applied Science.
