Ian McDonald brings 15 years of real estate experience to Panattoni Development Company. Prior to joining PDC in 2020, he was a vice president of development at NorthPoint Development, with responsibility for development and acquisitions in the East and Southeastern United States. During that time, and over the past several years, he has participated in the acquisition and entitlement of over 3,000 acres of land. He has also managed over 5 million square feet of vertical development and leasing of speculative industrial development.
