Henry Fox is a Managing Director at Newmark and helps lead the firm’s Data Center and Digital Infrastructure Capital Markets group. Fox specializes in equity capital formation, including platform advisory, joint venture equity raises, stabilized asset sales and powered land sales. He has a proven track record of advising on and executing more than $50 billion in transactions, including over $25 billion across the data center and digital infrastructure sector since 2024. Prior to joining Newmark, Fox worked in Eastdil’s Strategic Advisory group, where he led the sale and equity recapitalization of more than $15 billion in transactions across the office, multifamily, hotel, student housing, manufactured housing, and self-storage sectors.
