Ethan Argov is managing director at Trailbreak Partners, where he leads the firm's capital formation and investment strategies. He is responsible for managing capital relationships and overseeing the execution and structuring of all capital transactions and asset dispositions. Under his leadership, Trailbreak has deployed over $$200 million in equity, supporting a real estate portfolio with total capitalization exceeding $$898 million. His experience spans a wide range of capital structures, including those utilizing Historic Tax Credits (HTC), Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (CPACE) and other creative financing tools. He also serves on the firm's leadership and investment committees.
