Emily Cannon serves on the board and as CIO of Dogwood Industrial Properties, a TPG Real Estate platform that acquires, owns and operates high-quality infill and distribution industrial real estate in growth-oriented, core markets across the U.S. Since Cannon joined Dogwood at its inception in 2019, the portfolio has deployed across three of TPG’s Real Estate funds, totaling approximately $13 billion in equity, with Dogwood purchasing more than 20 million square feet. The team invests in 30+ key markets across the U.S. via existing asset/portfolio and platform acquisitions, forward transactions and LP development partnerships.
