Eliana Peralta-Sapienza is a building performance analyst at BranchPattern, where she specializes in embodied carbon assessments, energy modeling, energy audits and decarbonization strategies for a wide range of project types. With 11 years of experience in sustainable design and building performance, she has contributed to more than 400 projects pursuing nZEB, LEED, WELL, EDGE or Living Future certifications or other carbon reduction goals. Her work focuses on helping owners, architects and developers reduce both operational and embodied carbon through data-driven design decisions. Peralta Sapienza's background combines architectural design, sustainability consulting and building science to advance practical pathways toward a low-carbon built environment. She volunteers as an ACE mentor and has been a part of the analytics group for the MEP 2040.
