David Egan joined Stockbridge Capital in 2020 to conceive, launch and lead the Niche Logistics Fund, a specialized national real estate investment strategy focused on Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) assets. He identified and institutionalized Industrial Outdoor Storage as a scalable, investable asset class and built the platform from concept to a $$2B national portfolio over five years. He has raised and deployed $$1.2B+ of equity with sovereign wealth funds, pensions and institutional partners.
