Charles Coffin is responsible for leading Scout’s asset management function, managing a 9-million-square-foot portfolio of cold storage industrial properties across the U.S. This includes overseeing all facets of property operations, developing and implementing asset business plans, leasing activity and working with the Investment team on acquisitions and dispositions. Charles brings twenty years of commercial real estate experience to Scout. Prior to joining Scout, Charles served in capital markets and investment management positions at Florida East Coast Industries, Greenstreet Real Estate Partners, L.P, SL Green Realty and ran sales operations and strategy for Ten-X (acquired by CoStar).
