Chad Gaddes is a project director at Brasfield & Gorrie, where he leads some of the company's most complex projects and holds primary responsibility for client satisfaction. Gaddes guides project teams through the full design and construction process, supporting the development of accurate budgets, reliable schedules and efficient plans that are then executed with precision in the field. His interest in construction began in school, where drafting and CAD courses led to his first job with a family friend's construction company — a start that grew into a career defined by strong communication, coordination and a commitment to excellence.
