Cadie Crean is vice president of investments and development at Confluent Development, where she oversees the firm’s office and industrial investment and development strategy. Since 2022, Crean has led the delivery of more than 1.3 million square feet of speculative industrial development across Colorado’s Front Range, with a focus on infill opportunities in high-barrier-to-entry submarkets. She also spearheaded Confluent’s office acquisition strategy, taking a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities during a period when much of the market remained focused on defensive positioning.
