Brian Whitmer is a co-founder and managing partner at Doors & Spaces Industrial. He is responsible for the strategic vision and management of the firm, as well as acquisitions, financing and investor relations. He previously served as vice chairman at Cushman & Wakefield, where for nearly 20 years he was responsible for marketing investment properties for sale and arranging joint ventures in the tri-state area surrounding New York City.
