Anand Parthasarathy, AIIA, CxA, LEED Fellow, GMM, WELL AP, is a practice lead and registered architect specializing in building performance modeling, commissioning and green building certifications. As an advocate for sustainability, Parthasarathy oversees LEED Volume Programs, applying his deep technical expertise to help developers meet environmental goals while honoring cultural and historical context. He holds a Master of Science in Sustainable Design from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Thiagarajar College of Engineering.
