Alex Olshansky is managing partner of APEX IOS, a New York-based operating platform that invests in IOS nationally in major and growing markets. Before founding Apex, he was a founding partner and head of investments at Zenith IOS. Over the course of his career, he has acquired more than $1 billion in IOS assets across 80 transactions.
