All registrations processed online receive an automatic order confirmation and receipt. If you register via phone, a receipt must be requested by contacting education@credaglobal.org.

Code of Conduct

Commercial Real Estate Development Association is dedicated to providing a positive and harassment-free event experience. Harassment of event participants through the conference platform or any other channel is prohibited and may result in removal from the event. All communication should be appropriate for a professional audience. If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of Commercial Real Estate Development Association staff immediately.

Recording and Videography

Attendees of the CREDA Conference may be captured by audio and video and consent to appear in conference recordings and promotional materials. For questions or to request not to appear in conference recordings, email khamilton@credaglobal.org.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations of full conference registrants received after Friday, September 11, 2026, will be charged a fee of $100 per attendee. You may send a substitute in your place without a penalty. Nonmembers substituting for a member will pay the fee difference. Cancellations received after Friday, September 25, 2026, will forfeit the registration fee. No refunds will be made for no-shows. Special events (tours and ticketed receptions) are nonrefundable. Cancellation notices should be sent to education@credaglobal.org.

Special Accommodations

Do you require a special accommodation to participate in this conference? i.e., specific dietary needs (kosher/halal), audio captioning, mobility assistance, etc.? Please email education@credaglobal.org at least 10 days prior to the conference with your specific request.
