Leo Addimando is the cofounder and CEO of Alterra Property Group and Alterra IOS, where he oversees the firm’s overall strategy, operations and investment platform. With more than 20 years of experience in real estate, he has led over $5 billion in acquisitions across 40+ U.S. states, including approximately 480 industrial transactions.

Breana Wheeler became BRE's director of operations in the U.S. in June 2016. BRE developed BREEAM, the world’s first and leading science-based suite of standards defining and validating sustainability performance in the built environment. Launched in 1990, BREEAM has issued over 850,000 certificates to assets in 100+ countries for new construction and renovation projects as well as operational existing buildings.
Wheeler oversees the development and deployment of the BREEAM family of standards in the U.S. Additionally, she supports the research teams for resilience and social impact in BREEAM. Prior to joining BRE, Wheeler worked for ten years as an internal advisor on environmental and sustainability risk management for large, multinational corporations.
