Mark Taylor

Mark Taylor is managing director, Residential, at AREP, where he leads residential investment, development and operations strategy, drawing on more than 35 years of experience across rental, mixed-use, condominium, townhouse and community-focused assets. Since joining AREP in 2016, he has helped advance value-add and opportunistic residential strategies in emerging markets, with deep experience partnering with institutional and private equity investors. Previously, Taylor served as operating partner at Jair Lynch Development Partners, where he helped build an institutional-grade platform and deploy more than $100 million in equity capital, and founded The Bozzuto Group’s urban-focused Washington, D.C., practice. He holds degrees in engineering and business from the University of Colorado and the University of Denver and has been active across a broad set of industry and nonprofit organizations, including ULI, NAREIM, Lambda Alpha International, HomeAid DC, and the Maryland Governor’s Green Building Task Force. Taylor was recently recognized by the Washington Business Journal in its 2026 Real Estate Dealmakers’ Awards.

Jason Tolliver

Jason Tolliver leads Cushman & Wakefield's logistics and industrial real estate advisory business in the Americas, overseeing the integration and delivery of services to help clients identify and implement optimal real estate strategies. He is an attorney and advisor with over two decades of experience in regional, national, and international commercial real estate, law, and economic development. Before leading the Americas industrial business, Tolliver served as executive managing director of investor services and global head of logistics and industrial research, providing occupiers and investors with forward-looking advice on trends affecting capital markets and commercial real estate in the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Tolliver practiced corporate law. He also held several economic development roles, including leading international business development for the State of Indiana and later overseeing commercial accounts for the electric utility AES Indiana. He began his career as a translator for the Japanese government, supporting community and economic development projects throughout Southeast Asia.

Cameron Trefry, RA, LEED AP

As regional vice president, Cameron Trefry provides overall leadership of the Midwest and Northeast regions including offices in Chicago; Oak Brook, Illinois; Columbus, Ohio; Newark, New Jersey; Princeton, New Jersey; New York City and Washington, D.C. In addition, Trefry oversees the firmwide leadership of industrial cold and food, science and technology and data centers. A member of Ware Malcomb’s executive team, he serves as an account executive on select national corporate accounts and provides extensive industrial design expertise to clients. He is a member of NAIOP Chicago, was selected for the NAIOP Research Foundation Visionaries class of 2023-2025, and has served on the planning committee for several NAIOP conferences. In 2025, Trefry was appointed to the NAIOP Research Foundation as Governor.

Sergio Valentini, RIBA, Inter'l AIA, LEED AP BD+C

Sergio Valentini has been involved in the industry for over 20 years and as the regional vice president, he oversees all aspects of growth, management, design and client relationships for the Southern California region offices. He has extensive international experience in architecture and planning of various building types including office, industrial, entertainment, retail, mixed-use and aviation. Valentini is heavily involved with development, coordination and supervision of various scale projects for developers, corporate and public clients. He is also very active in the industry with various professional associations such as NAIOP, ULI, SIOR and more. He has lectured at several universities and conferences and has been on the jury of design competitions. His research work has been published in various magazines, and he has proven to be a true expert in the field and an industry thought leader.

Brendan Warland

Brendan Warland is senior vice president and head of development for Prologis’ central U.S. region, where he leads development strategy, teams and project execution across major logistics markets. In addition to his regional responsibilities, he oversees technology and artificial intelligence initiatives supporting Prologis’ construction and development work, with a focus on cost intelligence, estimating, design, project delivery and process improvement. Warland brings more than 25 years of experience spanning software development, construction and commercial real estate development. He holds an MBA from Clark University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College.

Breana Wheeler

Breana Wheeler became BRE's director of operations in the U.S. in June 2016. BRE developed BREEAM, the world’s first and leading science-based suite of standards defining and validating sustainability performance in the built environment. Launched in 1990, BREEAM has issued over 850,000 certificates to assets in 100+ countries for new construction and renovation projects as well as operational existing buildings.

Wheeler oversees the development and deployment of the BREEAM family of standards in the U.S. Additionally, she supports the research teams for resilience and social impact in BREEAM. Prior to joining BRE, Wheeler worked for ten years as an internal advisor on environmental and sustainability risk management for large, multinational corporations.
