Special Events: Project Tours

Follow these steps to add a special event to your registration:

  1. Visit the My Event Registrations page.
  2. Follow the prompts to sign in to your CREDA account if you haven't already signed in.
  3. Under "My Corporate Event Registration," find I.CON Cold Storage 2026 and click on it.
  4. Hit the green Edit Registration button under your name. Confirm your information and then hit “Next Step.”
  5. Scroll down to find the tour or special event you'd like to register for and click the check box next to it. Once finished, select "Next Step" at the bottom of the screen.
  6. Follow the prompts to check out and complete payment.

Inside Class A Cold Storage: Burleson Phase II Tour

Specialized Cold Storage for Food Distribution Tour

Join Alston Construction for a tour of their state-of-the-art cold storage facility build-out for Halperns’ Steak and Seafood. Delivered within an existing shell, the project includes specialized production space, temperature-controlled warehouse areas, office buildouts and operational features tailored to food distribution and processing, including a live lobster tank. Gain insight into the complexity of adapting cold storage space for highly specialized users, including operational planning, tenant improvements and the evolving demands of temperature-controlled food logistics.
